GHETTO WN—WEDNESDAY. (Before the Resident Magistrate.) Borough Ranger v. Ed. Kelly, sen., breach of Borough hv-iaws : allowing cow to wander on Papawai road. There wis a goo 1 deal of cross firing between the parties. Judgment was given in favor of the Ranger and the defendant Was fined os and 7s costs.

In bis decision the R.M , said that tbs rescuing of cattle from the Hanger after he had taken j osspssiou of them was a'very serious offence.
