YOUTH REMANDED FOR SENTENCE

Herbert John Lilley, a youth, was remanded for sentence this morning after the hearing of a charge that he assaulted a girl by attempting to kiss her in a train by attempting to kiss ttelton tunnel in August last. The police said that during the struggle a window was broken. The guard came along and accused gave his name as Smith. He had only been traced this week.
