WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Public Service Association Conference decided : “ That the Government be asked to provide for an expert division. \ “ That a commission of experts be set up to examine the present system of public accounts, to prevent fraudulent manipulation of public money. “ That the service be controlled by a non-political board, including a member elected by the Public Service Association.

“ That the Government provide a for statutory recognition of the association.”
