TE AWAMUTU DOMAIN BOARD.

A meeting of the above Board was held immediately at the conclusion of the Town Board meeting yesterday. There were present: —Messrs A. S. Wallace (chairman), W. Taylor, S. Mathews, J. B. Teasdale, and Dr Reekie. The minutes of the former meeting were read and confirmed.

The annual report and balance sheet, as received back from the Auditor-General, was laid on the table and approved. The cash credit balance at the post office savings bank was stated to be £l7 Us. It was resolved that a survey be taken of the boundaries of the Te Awamutu domain, so that the fences now being put up be placed in proper position. The chairman and the clerk were empowered to take any necessary steps in this connection. It was resolved that the drain be cleared, the clerk to arrange for the carrying out of the work.
