OHAUPO.

(Own Correspondent.) The Ladies’ Committee engaged in raising funds for the Anglican Church bazaar held a very successful euchre party in the hall on Thursday evening. The prizes for highest points were won by Miss Hudner and Mr Sage. The dummy prizes went to Miss E. Ranby and Rev. Mortimer-Jones, the latter being most unwilling to accept the honour. During the progress of the play sweet music was supplied by Mr J. Parkins. Preparations are being made to remove the Presbyterian Church from its present position to a site in the township. The many friends of Mrs Alan Graham will be sorry to hear of her serious illness at Gisborne.
