LADIES’ GOLF

ONE-DAY TOURNAMENT HELD MEDAL PLAY AND FOURSOMES On tho Cambridge golf links on Thursday, the members of the Ladies’ Club played a one-day tournament. Nearly all the members took part, and some .excellent scores were handed in. A medal round was played in the frtOrning, and in the afternoon Canadian foursomes were greatly enjoyed. Mrs j E. Westlako -vyon the senior medal, herj score being 88—17 —71.

Other good cards wore: Mrs W. Garrard, 86—13—73; Mrs K. Browne, 82— 9 —73; Miss J. Thompson, 93 —14 —79. The junior medal was won by Mrs Joe Banks with a score of 92 —19 —73. Other good cards were handed in by Mrs Clayton, 93 —19 —74; Mrs Alford, 96 — 22—74; and Mrs W. Robinson, 97 Tho Canadian foursomes were won by Mrs A. J. Law and Mrs Joe Banks.
