“It is no doubt a credit to the district that only one case has come forward for the grand jury’s consideration,” said Mr Justice Herdnun, when addressing the grand jury at the opening of the Supreme Court in Hamilton oil Tuesday. He regretted, however, that the case was one of alleged murder.
