Considerable disappointment (writes our Ohaupo correspondent) was felt at the Hamilton II not turning up to play Ohaupo on Saturday last. There was a strong team ready to meet them. The following players wili represent the Otorohanga team against Paterangi, to be played at Kihikihi on Saturday next: —Full-back—Joe Turner; threequarters—Paul, O'Creagh and Ratima ; halves—H. Carr and G. Mayo; forwards—C. Maxwell, I). Turner, B. Eveisleigh, Bell, H. O'Hnlan, Humaua, G. Mudgevvay, and A. Smith. Emergencies : Toroa and Turner. Mr Charles Bowden will act as referee. This is the final match in conmclion with the first round of Waipa Cup matches The return friendly match between the Tc Awamutu ami Rangiaohia Clubs will be played on the Te Awamutu ground on Saturday next, commencing at 3 p.m. sharp.
