FATAL FIGHT.

(BV TKLEGBAI'U—KRESS ASSOCIATION). Nelson, Last Night. Tbe Collingwood correspondent of the Mail wires that a shocking fatality occurred at that township last night. Two young men, Henry McKenna and William Hambrook, quarrelled and fought. The fight only lasted two minutes. McKenna went home and lay down and died. The fight was the outcome of some " skylarking " a few days ago, and meeting last night, they adjourned to the beach to have it out, in the presence of a number of spectators, who described the fight as very trivial. Deceased was single and about 24, a labourer; Hambrook is a miner, about the same ?.ge. Both were respected and steady young meu. Death is considered to be due to the bursting of an artery in the lungs. Hambrook is in custody.
