CHANCELLOR DISBANDING HEIMWEHR.
PRINCE STARHEMBERG ’ S VISIT TO ROME.

LONDON, May 17. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Vienna correspondent says the Chancellor (Dr. Schuschnigg) has begun the disbandment of the Heimwehr, with the dissolution of a body of five hundred in Vienna. Other disbandments will follow until only the Heimwehr militia remains. Dr. Schuschnigg is assuming command instead of Prince von Starhemberg.
“The Times” Rome correspondent says it Is understood that Prince von Starhemberg found Signor Mussolini not disposed to encourage activities against the Schuschnigg Cabinet. On the contrary, he advised him to await events. FOOTBALL IN ROME. SCORE BY AUSTRIAN TEAM UNPOPULAR (Received Monday, 7.45 p.m.) ROME, May 17. The football match between Austria and Italy had its features. Spectators hurled hundreds of cushions into the arena as a token of indignation when the referee allowed an Austrian goal. 'Ph© player who opened the scoring for the visitors was named Jerusalem.
