PLUNKET SOCIETY.

ANNUAL MEETING OF TINUI SUB-BRANCH.

The annual meeting of the Tinui sub-branch of the Plunket Society was held in the Tinui Hall on Thursday. The president, Mrs. H. Morrison, was in the chair, and there was a fair attendance of members. The report ana balance sheet were read and adopted and the following officers were elected: —President, Mrs. H. Morrison; vicepresidents, Mesdames F. Ashworth, J. M. Laing and C. Bellis; committee, Mesdames L. D. Cameron, J. Card, J. Dalziell, Jas. Andrew, N. Groves, G. Moore, L. Meredith, J. McAlister, E. Schofield, R. Speedy, G. Innes, W. Laing, J. Johnston; delegates to Mas terton Committee, Mesdames H. Morrison, R. PUmer and L. Meredith; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mrs. R. Pilmer.

Nurse Humphries gave a most interesting talk on the Karitane products and their uses and Mrs. J. Caselberg, president of the Masterton branch, thanked the sub-branch for its co-op-eration with the Masterton branch. Afternoon tea was served by the committee.
