BRIGHTON MURDER.
TONY MANCINI CHARGED WITH CRIME. DEATH OF MISS VIOLETTE KAYE. LONDON, July 17. Tony Mancini has been charged with the murder of Violette Kaye. Ho will appear at th© Brighton Police Court on July 18. Mancini was charged in the name of Jack Noytre. Crowds watched the police car remove him from Blackheath. Women booed and some fainted in the crush. Larger crowds, including hundreds of holidaymakers, awaited the arrival at Brighton. Mounted police had to assist the foot police to control the onlookers.
