CHARGE AGAINST HUSBAND OF ACCUSED. (Received Thursday, 7.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 1. Henry Earl Richards, fifty-three, husband of Annie Elizabeth Richards, was to-day charged at Tamworth with being an accessory after the fact, in that he harboured and maintained his wife at Bugilbone on February 14 knowing that she had murdered George Nott. He was remanded. Mrs. Richards’s condition is improving.
