NATIONALITY OF WOMEN.
DOMINION LEGISLATION SOUGHT. (Received Thursday, 7.40 p.m.) LONDON, February 28. A deputation headed by Mrs. Guy Innes, on behalf of the British Commonwealth League, urged measures to secure the passage by Dominion Governments, including New Zealand, of legislation enabling women to decide whether, upon marriage, they should retain their own or adopt their husbands’ nationality. The representations are to be transmitted to the Governments concerned.
