CONGRATULATORY MESSAGES FROM ALL PARTS. KING & QUEEN IN SCOTLAND, MANY DEMONSTRATIONS RUGBY, August 24. The Duke and Duchess continue to receive congratulations from all parts of the Empire, and a large number of messages also have been received by the King and Queen, who have arrived in Scotland from Sandringham. A great' crowd were present when the Royal train in which the King and Queen and Prince George travelled from Sandringham stopped at Aberdeen en route for Ballater. The King, accompanied by Prince George, talked for some time with, the Lord Provost and magistrates of Aberdeen, who offered the King hearty happy congratulations on the event at Glamis. All .stations en route to Ballater were decorated and Their Majesties acknowledged the salutations of crowds. EVERYTHING NORMAL. LONDON, August 24. i A further bulletin states that the Duchess of York continues to make normal convalescence. No further bulletin will be issued until towards the week-end. Sir Henry Sbnson in a statement denies the Press report that twilight sleep was induced during the confinement and adds that everything was and continues to be normal. LORD BLE DISLOE’S MESSAGE. WELLINGTON, August 24. Her Excellency Lady Bledisloe has dispatched the following cable message to Her Royal Highness the Duchess of York:—Allow me, on behalf of the women of New Zealand, as well as myself, to offer respectful and hearty congratulations on the happy event.
