VISIT TO WANGANUI ON SATURDAY. TWENTY-FIVE MEMBERS GOING. Twenty-five members of the Masterton Harrier Club will visit Wanganui during the week-end. On Saturday they will compete with the Wanganui harriers over a 6) miles trail, for the • Benson Trophy. Members can obtain A tickets on Friday at Mr. J. Kitchener’s shop, Queen Street. The bus will leave Masterton promptly at 6 a.m. on Saturday, and will return on Sunday evening. At a meeting of the committee thie week votes of thanks were passed to the ladies' committee and the social secretary, Mr. 8. Carr, for their work in connection with the danee and also to Mr. H. Henderson for attending to a display of trophies in Mr. W. H. Saunders’s window. Mr. Saunders was also accorded a vote of thanks for the use of his window.
