FIRE AND PANIC IN RUSSIAN VILLAGE. ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN DEAD. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copvright. MOSCOW, March 22. A hundred ard fourteen are dead as to result of a fire which destroyed a cinema at Igolking, in the Vladimir Province. The spectators in a panic rushed the only exit. It is alleged that the operator was drunk. The film was being shown in a schoolroom. Many were trampled to death.
