ALFREDTON SALE. The Wairarapa Farmers’ Co-opera-tive Association, Ltd., Stock Department, report on their Alfredton stock sale held on Friday: We offered a

large yarding of sheep to a good attendance of buyers, a good number of

which came from the Manawatu. Sheep were in keen demand and everything, was sold under the hammer. A beautiful line of 2-tooth ewes sold on account of Kebbell Bros., Te Hoe, topped the market at 23s sd. We quote: 4 and 5-year ewes 15s 2d, 14s, 12s Id, 10s 2d,

Bs, cull ewes 7s 6d, 2-tooth ewes 23s sd, 2 and 4-tooth wethers 16s 9d, 15s, 2-tooth wethers 10s 7d.
