CARTERTON v. FEATHERSTON. A match between the above clubs was played at Carterton yesterday and resulted in a win. for the home team by 3 games to 1. The visitors were entertained at luncheon and afternoon tea. The scores were as follow: —Mesdames Vincent and Wakeley lost to Mesdames Feast and Hawker. Mesdames Barry 7 and Coomb® lost to Mesdames Knutson and Pink. Mesdames Greathead and Simpson lost to M»esdame s Parton and Wise. Mesdames Ayres and Carlyon beat Mrs Goodin and Miss Young.
