HOSPITAL SUPPLIES.
SUCCESSFUL TENDERERS. The following tenders for supplies to the Masterton Hospital and Solway Home were accepted yesterday by the Central Committee:— Bread—6d per 21b loaf, E. Anstice and Co. Meat—Beef and mutton at 5d per lb., other supplies at scheduled rates, Hilton and Co. Drugs—At scheduled rates H. T. Wood. Cartage of coal—6s per ton, G. H. Grantham. Funerals—£4 ss, Hoar and Permain. The new tender for meat supplies shows a 50 per cent, reduction on the tender for the current year.
