THE CHAUTAUQUA
At the last Chautauqua season, 6tanding-room only was available forty minutes before the advertised time of starting on the occasion of that wonderful, inspiring oration by Chancellor Bradford, entitled "Suncrowned Manhood." Many ,an individual left the tent with an inspiration and desire to live a bigger life. This season we are to be favoured by no less a personage than Judge George D. Alden, direct, descendant of John Alden and Priscilfa, those noble pilgrim leaders. Needless to say, the big tents will be even more severely taxed this season on both occasions when this orator appears on the programme.
