Rumanian official telegrams eta te that part of the Rumanian army is fighting and disarming Russian troops. The disinteregation on the Russian front at Moldavia is increasing daily. Whole units at'e, proceeding to Russia, attacking Rumanian towns and villages en route. ~ The Rumanians, after "twenty-four hours' fighting, disarmed a Russian division and captured fifty guns with which the Russians were bombarding Galatz. They alpp disarmed and sent to Russia a "Army CorpS which had attacked Yaltiecni, in Mo Idavia. Owing to the Red Guards stopping supplies from Bessarabia for Maldaria, Rumania, at the request of the Bessarabian Government, has occupied food centres in Bessarabia and also the Kishineff-Jassy railway. The Rumanians are now fighting the Bolsheviks throughout Bessa* rabia. *
