GERMAN STRIKES
FOMENTED BY SOLDIERS (Australian-N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received Last Night 8.20 o'clock.) AMSTERDAM, February 4. A semi-official message from Berlin states that it is siearly certain that the strike is ending. . The result is greatly due to the recall of soldiers on leave, who are believed to have fomented the strike.
