A NUMBER OF ARRESTS
(Reuter's Telegrams.) (Received This Morning, 12.35 o'clock.) ATHENS, February 4. There Wave been 150 arrests at Traportal in connection with the mutiny. M. Skouloudis, M. Lambros, asid other ex-Ministers are impeached, and have been placed under police guards. All the political prisoners have been despatched to the fortress at Naupiia. The authorities believe there is evidence of Royalist plans. A court-martial is trying the mutineers.
