INVASION OF BELGIUM.
A SIGNIFICANT POSTER. (Received Last Night, 9.50 o'clock.) NEW YORK, December 28. CantreU Kcntukian, a resident of Belgium, states that visiting Liege, immediately after its occupation, lie noticed Gorman military posters headed in Gorman: "City of Liege," with the printed date, 1906. The date had been cancelled with a blue pencil and 1914 substituted, proving the Kaiser's long premeditated intention to invado Belgium.
