BELGIAN REFUGEES

FEW FARMERS REACH ENGLAND. "Times & Sydney Sun Services" (Received Last Night- 5.5 o'clock.) LONDO.N, December 28. "The Times," in a leader, says:— "There is a Surprisingly small number of agriculturalists among the Belgian refugees in Britain. There are only 6000 including 275 farmers and graziers. Probably the peasants found it oa-sior to escape to Holland and France. Tt is a, pity that there are so few, because there is .a decided dearth of farm labour in many parts of England and Scotland."
