BLIZZARD ROUTS REDS.

Weather Prevents May Day Disorders in Canada. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 2, 3.40 pjn.) VANCOUVER, May 1. May Day in Canada passed without disorder. A blizzard, with a foot of snow and a howling gale, routed 5000 Communist coal miners, who were marching on the town of Corbin, British Columbia, following strike riots, with the avowed intention of driving out the provincial police. At Vancouver, 12.000 paraders sang the “ International ” and refused to carry the Union Jack.
