LUNCHEON PARTY.
To farewell Airs R. C. Fowler, whose departure next Wednesday for Ceylon will be greatly regretted by her friends, Airs H. Kitson gave a delightful party yesterday at her home in Waiwetu Street, Fendalton. The guests were invited to lunch and in the afternoon were entertained at bridge or tennis according to their inclinations. Those present were Afesdames Fowler, J. A. A. Morris, Jack Anderson, Gerald Anderson, li. S. Lawrence, Alaitland Rich, Walter Fox. George AFllraith, Guy Ronalds, T. L. Cowlishaw, Neil Guthrie, Edgar Stead, E. A. Wilson, Alisses Harley, Rita Cracroft Wilson, Joan Lee, D. Anderson, Hazel Elmslie, Cicely Pratt and Cora Wilding.
