(Received December 7, 3.15 p.m.) BUDAPEST, December 6. “ Rounded up like cattle,” is how a Hungarian farmer described the manner in which he and other Hungarians were dragged from their beds by Yugoslav Frontier Guards and hustled over the border with their families. The fugitives declared that Yugoslavia intends to expel 20,000 Hungarians. They complain that the Frontier Guards robbed their homes before expelling
