Salvation Army Raise* Over £21,000. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 5. The total amount raised throughout New Zealand by the Salvation Army self-denial appeal was £21,061, which is a little in advance of last year’s total The chief-secretary, Colonel Orsborn. in making an announcement to this effect to-night, warmly thanked Salvationists and their friends for the work they had done and the gifts they had made, which would enable the army to carry on its campaign.
