In the Police Court to-day Richard Hepburn was fined £2 and costs for being drunk and disorderly on Saturday. The executive of the Municipal Association has under consideration the question of calling a special conference of representatives of municipalities to consider the unemployment problem. The Mayor, Mr D. G. Sullivan, M.P., who is president of the association, said to-day that it was probable that the executive would submit the question to the municipalities and ask them if they would be prepared to send delegates to a conference.
