United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received July 20, 10.30 a.m.) QUEBEC, July 19. Mr Ramsay MacDonald and his daughter Ishbel have arrived for a holiday in Canada. Mr MacDonald declared that the talk of an imminent general election in Britain was “ rubbish.” He had divorced himself from political activities for two months. ■
