TRAFFIC COURT.

~^l . r E - J). Mosley. S.M.. presided at a sitting of the Traffic Court this morning, when the following police cases were dealt with: For cycling at night without lights. Theodore Griffith was fined 15s and costs; Alec Rinuner, 15s and costs; Leonard Sharpe, 10s; Margaret Stephenson, 10s; Doris Wahl, 5s and costs; Margaret Wahl, 5s and costs: Joyce Wicks, 5s and costs. For failing to give way, Charles Edward Matthews was convicted and discharged. On a charge of driving at a dangerous speed, Harold Seddon Cockburn was fined £2 and costs. For having insufficient lights on a motor-car, John N. Hamilton was fined 5s and costs. On similar charges, Harry Albert Stoneman, Frances Vincent and Thomas Lewis Wright were each fined 5s and costs. Arthur Sullivan, for driving a motorcar at night without lights, was fined 15s and costs. For leaving a ear at night without lights Margaret Samuels was fined 10s and costs. Philip Howland was fined 15s and costs for cycling on a footpath. For negligently driving motorvehicles Evelyn Bessie Suckling. John Lawrence Vergette and Maurice Brightwell were each fined 20s and costs. Voluntary Appearances. James Lindland Anderson and Edgar Earwaker, who made . voluntary appearances for cycling at night without lights, were fined 15s and costs. George Grant, who also made a voluntary appearance, was fined 10s and costs.
