PAPANUI BOWLING CLUB.

The finals have been played in the Papanuj Bowling Club’s championships. The winners of the rinks are: R. Bond, J. Noble, Hadley, jun.. and 11. G. Morrison (skip), who won unbeaten with one ‘‘life” in hand. in what proved to be the final between Morrison and Bandy, an extra head had to be played to decide. Morrison scored three. Morrison won the rinks a couple of years ago. The doubles were won by C. Smith ami E. Bandy (skip) from R. Bond and J. Kettle. The singles are nearing completion. Smith meets Hadley, jun., and J. Kettle meets K. Bond. The winners lday off. The colts. J. Endv. A. Blair. C. Parrrham and I. Hartley lost. the Colt**’ Shield on Thursday by 5 to Hornby. 1 The Papanui colts have had four wins.
