Mr Justice Kleffel, Avho presides over the court punishing motorists for exceeding speed limits, scouts the suggestion that vengeance prompted the theft of his motor-car three times in a fortnight. He is convinced that nine is an unlucky number. His car’s registration number is 99-999.
