MISHAP TO STEAMER.
Canadian Conqueror is Delayed. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 5. Owing to a breakdown in the engineroom the Canadian National steamer Canadian Conqueror, which sailed for Wellington yesterday morning, returned to port this morning. It is understood that the bottom of the air pump chamber was fractured and a new base will have to be fitted. This is likely to take three days.
