Meeting of New Zealand Society. The monthly meeting of the New Zealand Air Mail Society was held on Tue iday evening. Mr W. Brlttenden being in the chair. Correspondence with reference to the fincietj'’s handbook on New Zealand Air Mails was dealt with.

The first annual meeting of the society was fixed for September 17, at Mr M’Gillivray's looms, 119, Worcester Street, and it was left to the secretary to make full arrangements. On the motion of Mr Collins. It was decided that the display should be provided by members themselves, each member to bring along five sheets and give a short talk on the stamps or covers contained thereon. Advice was received from Australia to the effect that a Philatelic Exhibition would be held in Sydney at the opening of the new bridge next year. It was decided to support the proposal, but the secretary was instructed to make inquiries from the committee in charge as to the arrangements for the display of collections. The display of a complete collection of essays, etc., of the Rouen Air Meeting Stamps of 1922. belonging to a gentleman in France, concluded the business of the meeting. This collection. although all in French, gave members’ some idea of the way in which overseas collections are mounted.
