MAN AND WIFE HURT IN CAR ACCIDENT.
Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., December S. A car driven by Mr C C. Beattie, of Feilding, left the road and struck a ditch while overtaking a milk waggon at Bunny thorpe yesterday morning The occupants were thrown out of their seats, Airs Beattie sustaining a broken nose, a broken kneecap and other injuries. Air Beattie was slightly injured. Both were taken to hospital.
