CHANGES LINERS ON RECEIPT OF RADIO.

Following a wireless message of recall, Mr Montague Norman, Governor of the Bank of England, while travelling on board the Bremen to New York, transferred to the Majestic at Cherbourg. He climbed down a rope ladder into a launch from the Majestic, whence he returned to Southampton and hastened to London. There has been no explanation of his return.
