COMING OF AGE DANCE.

Mr and Mrs E. Eastwood recently entertained about eighty guests at an enjoyable social evening and dance in the Cadena Tea Rooms. The birthday cake, the gift of Mrs St George Atkinson, was beautifully decorated in pink, and the customary twenty-one candles, and also a “wishbone” for luck. Miss Eastwood was presented with a gold key by her father. Snowballs, paper hats and streamers lent a touch of colour. The music for the dancing was supplied by Woodward’s orchestra, Miss Mary Eastwood and Mr W. Baunton each playing an extra. Mr C. Rishworth was M.C. During the evening items were given by Miss Mary Eastwood, Messrs A. Couch, C. Rishworth and B. Goodland. Miss Eastwood was the recipient of many beautiful presents. Those present were: Mr and Mrs E.
