WILL PLAY PLUNKET SHIELD MATCHES ON - SOUTHERN TOUR.
Per Press Assoeiati"n AUCKLAND, November 23. Plans in connection with the Auckland representatives cricket team's visit to Wellington. Christchurch and Dunedin were discussed by the Man•gement Committee of the Auckland Cricket Association this evening. The Canterbury and Otago matches arc Plunket Shield fixtures, but the. gaine against Wellington is a friendly one. Wellington will visit Auckland later in the season to play a Shield match. The suggestion that the AucklandOanterbury match should start at Christchurch at 2 p.m. on Christmas Day was agreed to. The team will leave Auckland on December 21 and will return about January 12.
