Mr Bruce warmly commends the inclusion of the ten years' n of preference to the Dominion vided by the British Budget. The lixed term will tend to stabilisation, he contends, and will allow producers and exporters to operate with confidence. “The Budget is a magnificent example of courage and financial rectitude.” he said.
