DUNEDIN, February 26. { The Methodist Conference decided I that the Rangiora, Greertvale, and ISt Kilda (Dunedin) circuits should be divided; that a new home mission station should be opened at Portland: that a new circuit should be con- | stituted with an ordained minister to i be known as the Ashhurst Bunnythorpe : circuit; and that a married probationer in place of an ordained minis* ter should be appointed to Otautau.
