In an outspoken speech during his visit to tbe Birmingham section of tho British Industries Fair, Sir Bourchior Wrey, Chief Commissoner for Southerly Rhodesia, expressed astonishment that, in view of what had happened, dominion people intended to visit Britain in connection with the Empire Exhibition. He said that the Goveciunent was prepared to extend the hand of friendship to Bolsheviks, while refusing encouragement and support to the dominions. They also were further handicapping the British motor industry.
