The Reparations Commission unanimously decided to refer Germany’s food and credit request to the various Governments for instructions, and in the meantime to request the Guarantees Committee to report early on the situation in Germany as regards cereals and grain. The Commission decided to invite the American expert, General Dawes, to accept the presidency of the Enquiry Committee in regard to the German Budget.
