Sir Samuel Ho are, Secretary of State for the Air, speaking at the Constitutional Club, appealed for a national air policy. He said that Britain’s air force in view of obligations abroad was net- sufficiently strong for horne defe nee. In view of Imperial developments he asked that the question of Imperial air communicate ns should have a. promnent place on the Imperal Conference's agenda. He wanted to see the British Empire take a lead in air power.
