Thomas Richard Porter, secretary of tho "Waterside Workers’ Union at Tokomaru Bay, charged with tlie theft of £147 from the runds of the union, pleaded guilty, and was committed for sentence to the Auckland Supreme Court. A Alaori youth. Kaniti Poi, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering a dwelling at Tokomaru Bay, and was also committed to Auckland for sentence.
