DEMOLITON ORDERS.
(Per Pres* Association.) WELLINGTON, August 25. Peculations gazetted under section 4$ of the Health Act, 1920, prescribe the form in which applications by local authorities for demolition orders shall be made to magistrates. The regulations provide for adequate notice of application being given to property owners, that fourteen days’ notice shall bo given of the hearing of the same by the Court, that the local body, owner tjr other party that the Court has decided to hear may be represented by counsel.
