Australian and N.Z, Cable Association, (Received September 2, 9 a.xn.) „ NEW YORK, September 1. ’ , jit is reported that tho United States pay have to abrogate between twontyTour and twenty-seven commercial treaties under the new Merchant Marine Act. Notice is to he given on September 3. Tho entire abrogation of Acts is expected, as foreign Governments will not give preferential treatment to the United States. Tho treaty of 1814 between the’ United States and Britain falls specifically within the provisions ol tho new Act. 1
