Tho streets were deserted till live o'clock this morning. Afterwards the police fatally shot a man trying to escape from a. looted public house. _ • Sinn Feincrs, with stones and Tine Phots, attacked the trams conveying •workmen to the shipyards. Fierce rioting followed, in which tho military fered several volleys.
